At AVS Equine Hospital we take a special interest in equine dentistry.

Our doctors use power floats both in the hospital and on the farm. You are what you eat and good dental care results in a healthier, hardier, better performing horse. Annual dental care delivered regularly by an experienced veterinarian may be one of the most beneficial health care services you can provide your horse.

AVS Equine Hospital offers both basic and advanced extraction services as well as performing sinus surgeries. With some dental problems, the sinus may also be involved. Radiography and endoscopy are used to further diagnose the problem. Treatment therapies can include: sinus lavage, antibiotics, and/or exploratory sinus surgery.
